Return & Refund Policy

At Esther's Luxury Hair, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered.
  • In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Free from odors, makeup, hair products, or any signs of wear.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, cut, dyed, washed, or otherwise altered.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or installed wigs
  • Opened or used human hair bundles
  • Hair care products that have been opened or used
  • Bonnets and hair accessories that have been used
  • Clearance, sale, or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to our error

If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (such as receiving the wrong or a defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
